Use meditation and the observing mind without judgment, without investing in your thoughts (Allow the ego to express itself, write out your feelings, discharge energy, don't resist...)

  3. people, places, things which hold high frequency (animals, crystals, etc.)
  4. inspiring books, movies, etc.
  5. exercise (oxygenates brain and releases endorphins)
  6. aroma therapy, color therapy
  7. gratitude journal

  9. random acts of kindness

  11. laugh and smile
  12. dedicate yourself to your own happiness
